We are excited to welcome vendors to the Owen Sound Fall Fair, running from Thursday, September 4th to Saturday, September 6th, 2025! With the return of a third day, this year’s fair will be bigger and better than ever. Thousands of visitors come through Victoria Park over the course of the fair, making it a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products, services, and food.

With a full schedule of events, including truck and tractor pulls, the demolition derby, livestock shows, family entertainment, and much more, there will be plenty of opportunities to engage with fairgoers.

Vendor Information:

• Food, retail, and promotional vendors are all welcome! We are always looking to bring in a variety of businesses and organizations to create an engaging marketplace.

• Vendors must provide their own setup, including tents, tables, and chairs.

• Set-up times and fair hours will be communicated upon acceptance.

• Limited spots are available, so be sure to apply early!
