Become a Vendor at the
174th Owen Sound Fall Fair!
We are excited to welcome vendors to the Owen Sound Fall Fair, running from Thursday, September 10th to Saturday, September 12th, 2026! Thousands of visitors come through Victoria Park over the course of the fair, making it a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products, services, and food.
With a full schedule of events, including truck and tractor pulls, the demolition derby, livestock shows, family entertainment, and much more, there will be plenty of opportunities to engage with fairgoers.
Vendor Information:

Food, retail, and promotional vendors are all welcome! We are always looking to bring in a variety of businesses and organizations to create an engaging marketplace.

Vendors must provide their own setup, including tents, tables, and chairs.

Set-up times and fair hours will be communicated upon acceptance.

Hydro NOT AVAILABLE at this time.

Limited spots are available, so be sure to apply early!
Please note we are not accepting any candy floss, candy apples, caramel apples, caramel corn, snow cones/slushies/shaved ice, and lemonade vendors at this time.

Concessions/Food Vendor:

3 Days of Service - Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

Set up Wednesday or Early Thursday

Food Vendors will receive 4 Weekend Pass Wristbands. All Staff are required to have wristbands before entry. Additional Wristbands are available for purchase to Vendors for a reduced rate of $15 each.

Submit their proof of vendor’s liability insurance with at least $2 million dollar liability coverage naming “Owen Sound Agricultural Society” before August 1st to secure their spot. This coverage should be for the duration of the Fall Fair.

Must submit a full list of their complete menu before approval is granted.
Outdoor Spaces:

10' space - $75 + HST

20' space - $105 + HST

3 Days - Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
